Registration:
If you play your first game in Columbia, you are required to check in at the Hearnes Center, in Columbia, located on Stadium Blvd prior to your first game. Check-in will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday of both weekends and will open at 7:00 a.m. each day and close at 5:00pm each day.

If you play your first game in Moberly, you may either check-in in Moberly at the fields or at the Hearnes Center in Columbia.

It is highly recommended that you give yourself at least one hour before your first game in order to register and be at your game on time. We recommend that only the coach come to the Hearnes to register their team. Items needed for registration will be as follows:

  • Each player on the team will need a signed entry form / waiver if they have not already been mailed to our office.
  • Rosters should have already been submitted with your registration. If adding players to your roster at this time, there will be a $5 per player charge with no maximum to the roster additions.

We recommend that each player have a copy of his/her birth certificate or driver's license on hand during the tournament. Players must be able to show proof of age or residence if asked by Games officials.

Baseball Format / Rules

  • All age groups in baseball will follow the National Federation of High School Rule Book.
  • All teams except for the 8U coach pitch will be required to supply 2 baseballs per game.
  • In the following age groups (9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U and 14U) teams may bat nine (9) player lineup, a ten (10) players line-up using an Extra Hitter (EH) or a continuous line-up of all present uniformed players.  Such line-ups must be declared before the start of the game and be used the entire game.
  • Re-entry will be used in all divisions.
  • Courtesy runner will only be allowed for pitcher and catcher only.
    · Steel cleats are allowed in 13U, 14U, 16U, 18U and 18 and over.
    · Full stealing will be allowed in all age groups except 8 and under.
    · Age groups 16U and older must use a bat with a (-3) rating. These bats must have a BESR stamp on them.


Directions to Antimi Quadplex, 1615 Business Loop 70 West
Antimi Quadplex is part of Cosmo Park in Columbia. Exit I-70 at Stadium Blvd. Turn north and travel to Business Loop 70 which is the first traffic light. Take a right on Business Loop 70. The entrance to Cosmo Park is located on the left. Enter the park and go straight past the soccer fields to the rear of the park.

Directions to Hickman High School, 1104 N Providence Rd
Hickman High School is located south of I-70. Exit at Providence Rd. Turn south. Go through the traffic light at Business Loop 70. The high school is on the left across from Taco Bell.

Directions to Rock Bridge High School, 4303 South Providence Rd
Rock Bridge is located on the south side of Columbia. Exit I-70 at Providence Rd. Turn south. Go past Stadium Blvd and the Hearnes Center. Continue a few more miles. After passing Nifong Rd take the first exit to the Providence Outer Rd (in front of Arby's). Turn South. Rock Bridge is on the right.

Directions to Legion Field, 602 South Legion Lane
Legion Field is on the east side of Columbia. From I-70, take the Highway 63 exit south toward Jefferson City. Take the Broadway exit, and go east on Broadway. Broadway will turn into WW, and Legion field will be on the left.

Directions to Albert-Oakland Park, 1900 Blue Ridge Rd
From I-70, exit at Rangeline Rd and turn north. Continue on Rangeline and take a right on Blue Ridge Blvd. Continue on Blue Ridge until you reach Oakland Gravel Road. Take a right onto Oakland Gravel. The next right will be into the park.

Directions to Atkins Memorial Park, 5220 N Oakland Gravel Rd.
Atkins Park is located in the northern part of Columbia.  From I-70, take the Highway 63 exit north toward Moberly.  Take the Oakland Gravel / Brown School Rd exit.  Turn right (east) off the exit.  Take an immediate left (north) onto N Oakland Gravel Rd.  There will be an exit off to your right just prior to the fields.

Directions to Moberly, Howard Hils Athletic Complex
2004 West Hwy 24
Moberly is located about 30 minutes north of Columbia on Hwy 63.  From Hwy 63 take turn west on Hwy 24.  Proceed through 5 stoplights.  The 5th stoplight will be at the intersection of Hwy 24 and Hwy JJ.  The entrance to the park will be one mile after the 5th stoplight on the left.

Directions to Ashland High School
Ashland is located about 15 minutes south of Columbia on Hwy 63.  From Hwy 63 take the Ashland exit.  Turn west from the exit onto Broadway.  At the second 4-way stop, take a right onto Main Street.  Continue on Main Street and you will see Ashland Middle School on the left.  The field will be behind the Middle School.
