| Location: |
Bethel Park, 4500 Bethel Street, Columbia, MO The race will start on Sudbury Drive located just north of the entrance to Bethel Park. From Stadium Drive go south on Providence Road approximately 2 miles to Nifong Boulevard. Turn right (west) on Nifong and drive ½ mile to Bethel Street. Turn left (south) on Bethel Street and drive ¼ mile to Bethel Park located on the left (east) side of the street. Park in the parking lot of Bethel Park. |

| Entry Fee: |
$20 if pre-registered. $25 if registering the day of the race. |

| Deadline: |
Road Race entries must be postmarked or received via the internet no later than July 1. |

| Check In: |
For the finals in Columbia, all athletes must check-in 30 minutes prior to the race at the site. Check-in will open at 7:00 a.m. |

- Race course is USATF certified.
- Competitors age is determined by their age on the day of the race.
- Racewalk and Road Races are a massed start.
- 5K and 10 races will be ran at the same time. 10K race will be a double loop of the 5K route.
