| How to Enter: |
Please be sure to put PARTICIPANT’s USAG NUMBER AND GYM name on entry form if registering by mail. If registering online, please indicate USAG NUMBER & team name in the “other info” field.

| Rules: |
- Age groups will be determined once all entries are received.
- Open optional competition will be judged by Level 8 modified rules. However, gymnasts may perform higher level skills and receive bonuses. Optional competition will be all-around or individual event.
- TEAM COMPETITION: Up to 12 competitors allowed on roster. Each team will compete 6 gymnasts on each event. The top 5 scores on each event will count towards the team score. Team gymnasts can be any level (5-10).
- Awards will be given for the top 3 in each age group for each level and for top 3 teams.
